- Gull Lake Recreation Area — Cty Rd 18, Brainerd (DNR ramp)
- North Arm Landing — Crosslake side (ramp, limited parking)
Largest lake in the Brainerd Lakes area. Part of the Whitefish Chain via the Gull River. Multiple basins with varied structure — sandy flats on the west, rocky points on the east arm. Designated Gull Lake Chain walleye regulations apply.

One of the most popular walleye and perch fisheries in the Brainerd area. Known for large perch. Extensive shallow weed flats on the north and east shores support strong panfish populations. Slot limit on walleye — check current MN DNR regulations.

Part of the Whitefish Chain of Lakes — a connected system of 14 lakes. Crappie fishery is among the best in central Minnesota. Chain walleye regulations apply (5 fish/day combined chain limit). Largemouth bass habitat is excellent along weed edges.

Lower fishing pressure than the larger nearby lakes. Good structure with several mid-lake humps and rocky points that hold walleye. Relatively clear water makes for good sight-fishing for bass along weed edges in summer.

Shallower, warmwater lake known for excellent bluegill and sunfish. Dense shoreline vegetation provides strong panfish and bass habitat. Less walleye pressure — a good option for panfish-focused trips with lighter crowds.

Smaller, lower-pressure lake near Brainerd. Good mix of panfish and walleye. Receives less fishing pressure than the larger area lakes, making it a quality option for anglers looking for a quieter experience. Adjacent to Round Lake.
